This is the first of the official 8th Annual USARD convention held at the Genetti Hotel in Wilkes-Barre, PA, between May 12th to May 14th.
Here we see the opening announcements, performances by the Rudimental Drum Club of New England (The New England Chapter of the USARD), The Connecticut Rebels of ’76 Drum Ensemble, and various tribute performances.
