To: Former and Potential U.S.A.R.D. Members
Those receiving this message are people who, at one time or another, were dues paying members of the U.S.A.R.D. Our current list of members remains strong; but we are sending this reminder to inform you that receiving dues is vital to maintaining our organization. Some of you may have merely forgotten and some of you may have been on vacation or have been dealing with other personal issues. In fact there are some on this list who are actually scheduled to be at this years convention who are still, in every way, active. There are even some as well who were at the last quarterly meeting, only a week ago, who have not caught up on their dues as yet. Therefore we are aware that dues probably just slipped your mind.
Please keep in mind that the U.S.A.R.D. has only two means of perpetuating the organization. One is annual dues and the other is registration intake at the door on the day of the actual annual convention. So will you please consider keeping your membership current by paying dues for the year 2014. Joe Gillotti keeps records on the memberships for website purposes and Charlie Kammer is the Treasurer. So please send your updated information to Joe Gillotti [email protected] and send the dues to Charlie Kammer at the address below [email protected]. Also cc a copy to: Bill Mojica [email protected], membership chairman, for his records.
The last four conventions have been quite enjoyable and this years just might even top all of those!
